SA Teachers offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all tools. No payment is required during the trial period. You will not be charged unless you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
After your subscription expires, your account will revert to Free Tier access.
Your generated content remains accessible even after cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility
Within 7 days: Full refund if you are unsatisfied with the service. No questions asked.
After 7 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and reasonable.
Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds are available within the first 30 days of an annual subscription.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@sateachers.co.za with your account email and reason for the request. We process refunds within 5-10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Partial months of usage are not refundable.
Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
