Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SA Teachers ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SA Teachers provides AI-powered tools for South African educators, including lesson planners, worksheet generators, presentation creators, and other educational content generation tools aligned with the CAPS curriculum.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • Content generated by our AI tools is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by educators before use.
  • You retain ownership of the content you generate using our tools.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free or suitable for all educational contexts.
  • You are responsible for verifying CAPS alignment and accuracy of generated materials.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Free trial accounts receive 14 days of full access.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paystack.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is harmful, discriminatory, or violates South African law. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or redistribute the AI models powering the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

SA Teachers is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
